After knocking off 7th ranked Seward County on Monday, the Barton Lady Cougar Volleyball team hosted the 16th ranked Butler Grizzlies Wednesday night at the Kirkman Center with much different results.
The Grizzlies beat Barton in straight sets 25-22, 25-16 and 25-14.
The loss dropped the Cougars to 12-6 overall and 4-1 in conference play. Butler is now 13-2 and 3-0.
Barton returns to action Friday in the Wyo-Braska Tournament in Torrington, Wyoming.
