   1. Economic Development Incentive
      The Economic Development Incentive Committee met on Feb. 27 to discuss the EDX request from Fuller Industries, Inc. The committee recommendation is that the initial request is not worthy of further consideration. The item was tabled at the March 4 council. Not new information has been provided. A recommendation will be presented to the council to deny the application.

   The public is free to comment on items not listed on the agenda. Comments should be limited to three minutes.

   5. Davin Mills rezoning - 1923 Holland
      Davin Mills spoke at the March 25 Planning Commission and requested a rezoning of 1923 Holland from R-2 (multi-family) to C-2 (general commercial). The applicant wants to build a shop on the property that would store trailers and material inside the shop. The Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of the rezoning.

   6. Tanner Davis rezoning - 00 NE Baker Street
      Tanner Davis spoke at the March 25 Planning Commission and requested a rezoning of 00 NE Baker Street from R-1 (single family) to A (agricultural). The applicant wants to build a shed on the property to house 4-H animals that would be 12' x 24'. The Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of the rezoning.

   7. Brit Spaugh Billboard
      The Brit Spaugh billboard has operated beyond its warranty period. After soliciting bids, the city determined Marks Custom Signs offers a more cost-effective solution, with a bid coming in at $41,107.60. A motion will be presented to approve the bid from Marks Custom Signs for the replacement of the Brit Spaugh billboard.
