Join the Great Bend Rec for a fantastic PAWesome Easter Egg Hunt for your four-legged canine friends. The event will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 28, at Veteran’s Memorial Park next to the Dog Park.

Easter eggs will have pet-friendly treats inside of them or vouchers for larger prizes. The hunt will be divided into 2-sections, Small Dog Breed Hunt and Large Dog Breed Hunt. For everyone’s safety, all dogs must always be on a leash.

Registration for the event begins at 1 p.m., and the egg hunt will begin at 1:15 p.m. A fee of $5.00 per dog will be collected with proceeds going to improvements at the dog park.

In case of inclement weather, the event will be cancelled.
