The Great Bend Lady Panthers made the long trek to Liberal Monday and came home with an 8-1 loss to the Liberal Redskins.
Liberal bolted to a 6-0 lead at halftime and cruised to the win that improved their record to 2-3 on the season. The Lady Panthers saw their two game winning streak come to an end as they dropped to 2-2.
Great Bend is back home Thursday when they host Garden City.
