Patsy's support for the community is unwavering, as she works tirelessly without seeking acknowledgment to make Russell shine.
Additionally, Patsy is known for her dedication to lifting the citizens of Russell and unconditionally supporting the town. As the Russell Community Impact Award recipient, Patsy has chosen the Dorrance Lutheran Church as the non-profit that will receive a $250 donation on her behalf.
