The Great Bend City Council will review multiple unsafe and dangerous structure resolutions at the Monday, Nov. 20 meeting.
The roof is open and several windows and doors are broken on the house at 750 Jefferson Street. At 1622 19th Street, the building inspector noted deficiencies to the overhead door and damage to the roof. Referencing 2421 12th Street, the building inspector said there are leaning walls and deteriorating materials.
The city council will hear the information on the unsafe and dangerous structures and will entertain a motion to set public hearings for all the properties in January.
The council meeting Monday begins at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall.
