Great Bend man convicted of counts of felony criminal threat

From the Barton County Attorney's Office...

Tuesday morning a Barton County jury convicted Aaron Keith Fuller of two counts of felony Criminal Threat. Monday morning the parties picked a jury and then in the afternoon the State of Kansas presented its evidence and then rested. Tuesday morning the defendant testified and was followed by closing arguments to the jury.

The jury deliberated for approximately 90 minutes before returning their verdicts. The State of Kansas was represented by Assistant Barton County Attorney Kyle Byfield.

According to Barton County Sheriff's Office booking logs, Fuller was arrested in August 2023 for criminal threat. In April 2024, Fuller was booked on a Barton County District Court warrant for violation of a protection order and for contempt of court.
