The Board of Education will go into executive session. “Madam President, I move that the board go into executive session to discuss student discipline pursuant to the exception relating to actions adversely or favorably affecting a student under KOMA. The open meeting will resume in this room at ___:___P.M.”
8. Approval of Resolution
USD 428 Administration and the Board of Education will discuss a resolution regarding the authorization to appoint a hearing officer for student appeals. The Administration will make a recommendation and request approval of this resolution.
