Exploration Place coming to Hoisington Public Library

Exploration Place will be coming to Hoisington Public Library, 169 S. Walnut, at 1:30 p.m. July 22. This program provides hands-on STEM learning centers for all children.

The program will last two hours, and the kids will learn how to create a distress signal rocket, toasted marshmallows in a solar oven, program ozobots to find their way on a map and more.

“We are extremely pleased to have Exploration Place at Hoisington Public Library," Director Karen La Pierre said. “This is a new addition to our lineup of summer activities for kids."

At 10 a.m. July 22, Delta Dental will be at the Claflin Community Center. They will show children how to properly brush their teeth and is for ages pre-school to 2nd grade.
