With Memorial Day Weekend fast approaching, the Fort Larned National Historic Site will host several programs. Though there will be living history demonstrations going on all day each of the three days, there are programs that Fort Larned be giving at specific times.
Saturday, May 27

11:00AM – Firing Demonstration with Small Arms, Howitzer and Ordnance Rifle
1:00PM – Fort Larned Fashion
2:00PM – Firing Demonstration with Small Arms, Howitzer and Ordnance Rifle
3:00PM – Play Ball! 19th Century baseball game program where you are welcome to join in the fun!
4:30PM – Retreat Ceremony (lowering of the flag)
Sunday, May 28

1:00PM – Cemetery Program

1:00PM – Military Discipline at Fort Larned
2:00PM - Firing Demonstration with Small Arms and Howitzer
3:00PM – To Live and Die at Fort Larned: Medicine on the Plains
4:30PM – Retreat Ceremony (lowering of the flag)
