United Way of Central Kansas hosted the Great Bend Chamber of Commerce Coffee on April 27 at Marmie Ford to announce and thank the Pacesetters.
“We felt that this would be a great way to showcase the businesses who do so much for UWCK," said United Way Director Charell Owings. "Rather than focusing on what we are doing, we wanted to recognize those who make our work possible.”
Each campaign, United Way calculates the top Workplace Campaigns-combining donor contributions and corporate dollars to determine the Campaign Pacesetters.
These 15 Workplace Campaigns brought in 44% of the total raised for the 2023 Campaign, contributing over $90,000.
