   5. Public hearing for dangerous building - 2421 12th Street
      An investigation was conducted from public right-of-way on the accessory structure. The structure will need to be repaired or razed on April 5, 2024.

   6. Public hearing for dangerous building - 1622 19th Street
      An investigation was conducted from public right-of-way on the accessory structure. The structure will need to be repaired or razed on April 5, 2024.

   7. Request to the Planning Commission to begin work on amending zoning regulations for solar farms and battery storage facilities within the three-mile jurisdiction of Great Bend
      At the last meeting, the council was given a presentation on a proposed solar farm and battery storage project in which portions of the project lie within the three-mile jurisdiction of the City of Great Bend. The city was asked to work on regulations to allow the energy company to decide if they would choose to move forward.

   8. Economic development incentive request
      An application for an extension of a property tax exemption was made by Fuller Industries on Jan. 11, 2024. A motion will be presented to deny the application for extension.

   9. Executive session
      A motion to recess to executive session for 30 minutes will be made to discuss personnel matters concerning non-elected personnel for the review of the executive teams performance evaluations.
