3A Sub-State @ Hosington
No. 1 seed Hoisington fell to eventual champion Goodland in the Semi-Fianals 19-15,19-25. The Lady Cardinals end the season 28-11. Goodland went on to beat Holcomb 25-18, 25-16 to advance to state. Larned lost to Hoisington in the quarterfinals and ends the season 4-29.
2A Sub-State @ Sterling
No. 2 seed Ellinwood reach the championship match with wins over Sterling and Ell-Saline but could not get past No. 1 seed Inman in the championship. Inman (35-4) advanced to the 2A State Tournament with a three set victory over the Lady Eagles 25-27, 25-17, 25-17. Ellinwood ends the season with a record of 30-8.
1A DI Sub-State @ Kinsley
The St. John Lady Tigers were the No. 1 seed at Kinsley but were bounced by No. 2 seed Spearville in the championship match. The Royal Lancers prevailed in a three set match winning 25-17, 17-25, 25-20. Spearville (29-8) moves on to state while St. John ends their season at 29-8.
Macksville (18-17) and Kinsley (11-23) both lost their quarterfinal matches.
1A DI Sub-State @ Little River
No. 1 seed Little River (36-2) is on to state with straight set victories over Canton-Galva and Goessel.
Lacrosse (15-20) and Central Plains (13-22) both dropped their quarterfinal matches.
1A DII Sub-State @ Tescott
No. 3 seed Pawnee Heights upset 2-seed Victoria in the semi-finals but could not get past No. 1 seed St. John's Beloit (34-3) in the championship falling 8-25, 25-23, 16-25. The Lady Tigers end the season with a record of 19-17).
Otis-Bison beat Tescott to reach the semi's but lost to St. John's in straight sets to end the season with a record of 17-19). Chase lost to Victoria in the quarters and end the year (0-21). Lacrosse ends the season with a record of (15-20) after losing to Canton-Galva in the quarterfinals.
