1. Fire Chief Resignation
Luke McCormick has resigned as Fire Chief. A motion will be made to approve the resignation of McCormick as Fire Chief as submitted.

5. Moderate Income Housing Grant
Great Bend Economic Development is proposing that the city apply for the Moderate Income Housing grant on behalf of GBED. GBED is proposing that the city apply for these funds and allow them to be used towards the building of affordable housing in the Zarah Mall building downtown.

7. 2023 Street Resurfacing Project
The city put out bids for construction of street resurfacing for 2023. Project limits are approximately 13 blocks. Venture Corporation is the only bid the city received for $925,900.
8. SRCA Operating Agreement
Staff and the SRCA Drag Strip has negotiated a tentative one-year operating agreement.
9. Executive Session
An executive session will be conducted to seek legal advice concerning contract matters.
