The city of Great Bend continues to offer assistance to residents following Sunday's storm. City Administrator Brandon Anderson said a cooling station has been established at the Great Bend Events Center, 3111 10th Street, for residents without air conditioning. Those without power can stop in throughout the day.

"They're welcome to bring water and supplies as we're not sure what is provided at this time," Anderson said.

The American Red Cross is also en route and will also assist with the operation.
