   3. Dangerous building - 201 Walnut
      A motion will be presented to approve the resolution setting a public hearing for May 5 for the mobile home at 201 Walnut.

   4. Dangerous building - 218 Pine
      A motion will be presented to approve the resolution setting a public hearing for May 5, 2025 for the structure at 218 Pine.

   5. Art & Wine Walk
      The 11th annual Art & Wine Walk is May 2 to promote downtown shopping, art and culture in Great Bend. A motion will be presented to serve complimentary alcohol at businesses.

   6. Public hearing - Creating a Community Improvement District (CID) & Sales Tax within the district
      As part of the incentive package for Great Bend Lodging, LLC to build a hotel on 10th Street, a public hearing shall be had on the advisability of creating a community improvement district and the proposed levy of a community improvement district sales tax within the district. The CID sales tax would only be for this property. A motion will be presented to adopt the ordinance establishing the Great Bend Lodging Community Improvement District.

   7. Public hearing - Adoption of Redevelopment Project Plan
      As part of the incentive package for Great Bend Lodging, LLC, a public hearing shall be had to consider adoption of a redevelopment project plan within the boundaries of the 10th Street Redevelopment District.

   8. Transportation Alternative Grant Project agreement
      The City applied for the Transportation Alternatives program on March 1, 2024 for downtown sidewalk repair for Main Street, from 10th to 17th. Great Bend was awarded the grant project in October 2024. KDOT requires the city to enter into a city/state agreement. A motion will be presented to authorize the mayor to sign the Transportation Alternative agreement with the State.
