The Sunflower Health Plan Vision Van provides free vision screenings and prescription glasses to all community members.
On Oct. 3, Heart of Kansas Family Health Care is hosting the Sunflower Health Plan Vision Van at the Great Bend Public Library 409 Williams St. Great Bend, from 10 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. This event is designed to offer local families and residents the opportunity for free vision screenings and prescription glasses. The first Vision van event provided more than 300 area residents with free vision screenings and glasses.
Vendor booth space is still available for area businesses.
Booth Details:
Space Size: 10’ x 10’ indoor or outdoor space (if you have a preference for an indoor or outdoor space please let us know otherwise, we will arrange according to available space)
Vendor Fee: Free. Please feel free to bring a raffle item for giveaway and your company swag.
