RICE COUNTY—A Kansas woman was injured in an accident just before 8:30 p.m. Monday in Rice County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2016 Chrysler 200 driven by Meyer, Glenda Jeanne Meyer, 85, Little River was westbound on U.S. 56. just west of 18th Road.
The car entered the eastbound lanes, traveled into the south ditch, vaulted off of the culvert and rolled one time.
EMS transported Meyer to the Rice County Hospital. She was properly restrained, according to the KHP.
