May heat can sometimes be a turnoff for the annual Cinco de Mayo celebration in downtown Great Bend. That will not be a factor today with highs expected in the mid-60s.
Various Mexican food and drink items will be available for purchase Saturday at Jack Kilby Square from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The celebration includes:
- Ice-cold beer
- Micheladas
- Mexican snacks & favorites
- Music and family-friendly atmosphere
