1. CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
   Gary Burke, Board Vice-Chair will call the meeting to order.

   Gary Burke, Board Vice-Chair will invite public comments.

4. FY23 BUDGET HEARING
   Gary Burke, Board Vice-Chair will open the Budget Hearing.

5. INTRODUCTION OF GUESTS AND NEW EMPLOYEES
   Carl Heilman, President will provide introductions and recognition of personnel.

6. ACADEMIC INTEGRITY
   Lee Miller, Director of Innovation and Compliance and Stephanie Joiner, Executive Director of Foundational Education will give this presentation.

7. STRATEGIC PLANNING UPDATE
   Todd Mobray, Director of Institutional Effectiveness will facilitate this update.

8. MONITORING REPORT – END 8: CONTINGENCY PLANNING
   Todd Mobray, Director of Institutional Effectiveness will facilitate this report.

9. CONSENT AGENDA
   Routine items are presented for action in one motion. Any Trustee may remove an item from the consent agenda for individual discussion and action. It is recommended that the Board approve the consent agenda as presented.
