Rush County Speedway, the one-quarter-mile, action-packed bullring dirt track at the Rush County Fairgrounds, is ready to roar back to life as it kicks off the 2026 season with the Myers Racing Engines Bullring 305 Nationals on Friday, June 5.
This season brings multiple layers of excitement, including the addition of full IMCA sanctioning for IMCA Stock Cars, IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Northern Sport Mods, IMCA Sport Compacts, and IMCA Hobby Stocks — elevating the level of competition and point opportunities for drivers throughout the year. Fans can also look forward to more dates on the 2026 schedule compared to 2025, delivering even more nights of thrilling dirt track racing.
The complete 2026 Rush County Speedway Schedule includes:
• June 5 – Myers Racing Engines Bullring 305 Nationals (URSS Sprints, IMCA Stock Cars, KAR Vintage)
• July 31 – Rumble at the Bullring presented by Central Spray Foam & Cement Lifting (IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Northern Sport Mods, IMCA Sport Compacts, Cruiser/Econo)

Promoter William Nusser returns for his second season and is eager to build on the momentum from a successful first year.
“We’re pumped to kick off the 2026 season at the Bullring and can’t thank our fans, drivers, sponsors, and everyone who supported us last year enough,” said Nusser. “Our focus is fans and drivers. We’re looking to build on last year’s record car counts and attendance with even bigger and better shows. Everyone needs to know when they come to the Bullring it’s gonna be a night to remember!”
Fairboard member and longtime track announcer Chris Long, the unmistakable voice of the Bullring, shared his enthusiasm:
“As a fairboard member and the voice of the Bullring, I’m proud to watch this track grow under William’s leadership,” said Long. “Last year laid a fantastic foundation, and this season—with IMCA sanctioning, more dates, and great sponsor support—we’re focused on delivering top-tier racing and nights the whole family will remember. Come out, make some noise, and help us put the Rush in Rush County!”
Rush County Speedway extends a huge thank you to the Rush County Fair for its continued partnership and support, along with all the dedicated sponsors who make the season possible — especially title sponsors Myers Racing Engines, Central Spray Foam & Cement Lifting, and Double R Weed Control.
The track’s mission remains simple: provide family fun entertainment for all ages. In addition to the heart-pounding racing, fans can look forward to food trucks, the El Toxico mechanical bull, custom Rush County Speedway merchandise for all those Bullring enthusiasts, and family activities hosted by the Army National Guard.
