WYANDOTTE COUNTY —Seven people including six children were injured in an accident just after 1p.m. Monday in Wyandotte County.
The Kansas City, Kansas Police Department Traffic Division reported two-vehicle crash occurred at at the intersection of N 17th Street and Wood Avenue in Kansas City, Kansas.
EMS transported one adult and six children under the age of 12, to area hospitals with injuries ranging from minor to serious. Both drivers remained on scene and were cooperating with the investigation.
Police released no additional details.
