SEDGWICK COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities continue their investigating after an 8-year-old girl died after a school bus struck and killed her in Wichita.

Just before 7:30a.m. Wednesday, Sedgwick County Deputies responded to the 3300 block of East Locust where a Derby School District 260, 2012 Yellow Blue Bird School Bus struck 8-year-old Harmoney Harper of Wichita, according to Robin Bush with the Sheriff's Department.  The girl was pronounced dead at the scene.
