SHAWNE COUNTY —A Kansas man died in an accident just before 6:30a.m. Sunday in Shawnee County.
The Shawnee County Sheriff reported 74-year-old Charles Whitmarsh Jr., was the driver and sole occupant of a single vehicle involved in an accident near SE 93rd Street and SW U.S. 75 Highway.
The sheriff's office released no additional details.
