LYON COUNTY—One person died in an accident just after 12:30p.m. Thursday in Lyon County.

A 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500 driven by Marvin Dean Kelly, 67, Lebo, was westbound in the 1700 Block of Road 175 in rural Lyon County, according to Lyon County Sheriff's&nbsp;Corporal Collin Brozek.&nbsp;

The pickup traveled off the south side of the road, went airborne, and came&nbsp;to a rest in the creek below.

Emporia Fire and EMS were able to extricate Kelley from the vehicle. Emporia EMS pronounced him deceased at the scene.&nbsp; The accident remains underinvestigation, according Brozek.
