SHAWNEE COUNTY—Authorities have identified a Kansas man who died in an accident just before 9p.m. Friday in Shawnee County as 46-year-old Terrell M. Myers of Topkea, according to Deputy Abigail Christian.
A 2000 Suzuki motorcycle driven by Myers southbound in the 3100 Block of Croco Road and struck a 2012 Honda CRV that was attempting to turn north onto Croco Road from the Swim Beach parking lot.
Myers was pronounced dead the scene.
The two occupants of the Honda, a 46-year-old woman and a 46-year-old man were not injured. Preliminary investigation shows speed may have been a factor, according to Christian.
