MONTGOMERY COUNTY — Law enforcement authorities are investigating a weekend homicide and have both suspects in custody.
On Thursday afternoon, police reported the arrest of 22-year-old Jonathan Hall of Coffeyville, according to police.
Police then issued a warrant for the arrest of 21-year-old Ethan Bellamy of Coffeyville. A short time later, police reported they had him in custody.
Just after 1:30 a.m. Sunday, police responded to the 600 block of East Third Street for a shooting where they located a gunshot victim identified as Otis Horner, 38, of Coffeyville, according to a media release from police.
EMS transported Horner to Coffeyville Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased.
