LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mo. —Two people including a Kansas man were injured in an accident just after 10:30p.m. Thursday in Livingston County, Missouri.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2016 Can-Am UTV driven by Justin K. Stuart, 24, Hale, Missouri, was westbound on LIV 320 at LIV 377 four miles west of Hale.
The driver failed to negotiate a turn. The UTV overturned and both occupants were ejected.
Livingston County ambulance transported a passenger Jesus J. Berumen, 33, Edgerton, Kansas, to Hedrick Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries. A private vehicle transported Stuart to Hedrick Medical Center.
