FINNEY COUNTY—One person died in an accident just before 7:30a.m. Thursday in Finney County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2000 Chevy Silverado driven by Victor Espino-Gallardo, 39, Garden City, was eastbound on U.S. 50 near Aerodrome Road
The pickup left the roadway to the left, crossed the median, rolled and came to rest in the north ditch.
Espino-Gallardo was pronounced dead at the scene. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
