Kansas man without a driver's license caught transporting meth

OSAGE COUNTY—Law enforcement are investigating a Kansas man on drug allegations.

Just before 9:30a.m. March 22, an Osage County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop at the junction of K-68 and K-268 highways, near Quenemo for a traffic violation, according to Sheriff Chris Wells. During the stop, deputies found illegal narcotics.

Deputies took Curtis W. McCammon, 46, of Waverly into custody and transported him to the Osage County Jail Facility on requested charges of Possession of methamphetamine, Possession of drug paraphernalia and Operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
