JACKSON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas man on drug allegations.

Just before&nbsp;9:30p.m. Dec. 29, a Sheriff’s Deputy stopped a black, Hyundai Sonata on U.S. 75 just south of 142nd Road for traffic violations, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.

&nbsp; During the traffic stop, the deputy conducted a probable cause search of the vehicle, which revealed drug paraphernalia, hallucinogenic drugs, cocaine and an open container of alcohol.

The deputy arrested the driver, 31-year-old Ian Jameel Norvell Black of Topeka, on requested charge Possession of cocaine, Possession of hallucinogenic drugs, Possession of drug paraphernalia,&nbsp;Transporting an open container,Violation of restrictions on driver’s license, Defective tail lamp on motor vehicle and Improper driving on laned roadway.
