RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating another phone scam.
Just after 7a.m. Tuesday, officers filed a report for theft in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
A 25-year-old woman and a 25-year-old man reported an unknown suspect conducted a telephone scam resulting in the transferring of and loss of approximately $2,800.
