Acting KDOT Secretary Calvin Reed will be joined by representatives of Rice and Reno counties and the cities of Hutchinson, Nickerson and Sterling to celebrate the opening of a new 15-mile section of K-14. Photo opportunities and interviews available after remarks. The new K-14 is expected to open soon after the ceremony.
