Contingency location in case of inclement weather is Nickerson Community Center, 11 N. Nickerson St.

Acting KDOT Secretary Calvin Reed will be joined by representatives of Rice and Reno counties and the cities of Hutchinson, Nickerson and Sterling to celebrate the opening of a new 15-mile section of K-14. Photo opportunities and interviews available after remarks.&nbsp;The new K-14 is expected to open soon after the ceremony.
