Sheriff: Kansas parents had meth near children at their home

BROWN COUNTY—Law enforcement are investigating a Kansas couple on multiple allegations after 

On April 9, based on an investigation, a search warrant was applied for, granted and then  conducted at 201 Parsons Street in Robinson, Kanas, according to Brown County Sheriff John Merchant..  At the conclusion of the investigation, 41-year-old Andrew Armstrong and 42-year-old  Neda Armstron, both from Robinson, were arrested

Both are being held on requested charges of  Child Endangerment, Possession of Meth and  Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Andrew Armstrong also faces charges of  Possession of Marijuana, according to Merchant.
