RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating an alleged aggravated battery involving a pair of scissors.
Just after 1:30p.m. Thursday, police filed a report of aggravated battery in the 2100 block of Poyntz Avenue, according to the Riley County Police Department activity re port.
Two men, ages 73 and 41, reported they were battered with a pair of scissors by a juvenile. The victims were treated for their injuries on-site and did not require transport to the hospital.
Police released no additional details.
