SEWARD COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a fire and have made an arrest.Just before 1a.m. Sunday, police and firefighters responded to report of a fire at National Beef, 1501 East 8th Street in Liberal, according to a media release.Fire crews were able to quickly control the fire. After a review of surveillance video, investigators observed an 18-year-old man in the area prior to the 911 call. Investigators determined he intentionally started the fire.&nbsp;&nbsp;Officers located and arrested the teen and booked him into the Seward County Jail on a requested charge of aggravated arson, according to the release.&nbsp; Police released no additional details.
