WYANDOTTE COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a shooting that sent a man to the hospital.
Just before 1p.m. Thursday, police responded to a request for medical attention in the 200 Block of Southwest Boulevard in Kansas City, Kansas, according to a media release.
First responders found a man with a gunshot wound. EMS transported the man to a hospital in critical condition. The Kansas City, Kansas Police Department's Major Case unit in in charge of the investigation. Police have not reported an arrest or possible suspect information.
