ANDREW COUNTY —A man died in an accident with a Kansas driver just after 8:30p.m. Friday in Andrew County, Missouri.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2004 Victory motorcycle driven by Nathaniel T. Kuster, 34, Union Star, Missouri, was northbound on U.S. 169 four miles north of St. Joseph.
The motorcycle crossed the center of the road after cresting a hill. The motorcycle struck the front drivers corner of a southbound 2009 Chevy Silverado driven by Robert M. West, 27, Atchison, Kansas.
Kuster was ejected from motorcycle and pronounced dead at the scene. West was not injured. Kuster was not wearing a helmet, according to the MSHP.
