RENO COUNTY—One person was hospitalized after a house fire in Hutchinson.
Just after 10:30a.m. Monday, crews responded to a home in the 600 block of North Grandview, according to a media release. First responders observed smoke was observed coming from the roof of the home.
Crews entered the home, where they found a fire in the living room and heavy smoke present throughout the house. Reno County EMS transported one resident to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
