BROWN COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect for alleged violent crimes, according to Brown County Sheriff John Merchant.
On Monday, after on an investigation by the Brown County Sheriff's office, deputies arrested 25-year-old Cody Ptomey of Horton on requested charges of Rape, Aggravated Criminal Sodomy and Aggravated Kidnapping. He is being held without bond, according to online jail records.
