9 men arrested in Kansas prostitution investigation

SEDGWICK COUNTY — Police arrested a ninth person Tuesday as a result of the human trafficking operation Easter weekend in Sedgwick County. Ruben Allan Nuncio, age 36 of Park City, was arrested and booked on requested charges Electronic Solicitation of a Minor and Promoting Obscenity.

The arrests also included Jose Salaicez, 43, Wichita; Rithesh Vooturi, 24, Wichita; Diego Rubin-Mancha, Maize; Jeremiah Johnson, 43, Goddard; Jason Jaso, 48, Wichita; Mitchell Norris, 31, Milan, Kansas; Troy Langhover, 49, Valley Center and Max Shellburg, 37, Derby.

During the operation, investigators identified 6 women involved in the sale of sexual relations. Among them were potential victims of human trafficking and there are ongoing efforts to provide them with appropriate assistance and resources.
