BROWN COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating two suspects on multiple drug allegations.
On Thursday, the Brown County Sheriff's office received information about recent drug related activity in Hiawatha, according to Sheriff John Merchant.
Deputies investigated the concern and were able to obtain a search warrant. The Brown County Sheriff's Office Drug Task Force and Hiawatha Police executed that warrant at a residence at 1104 Utah Street.
Deputies arrested 20-year-old Francis Gonzales of Hiawatha was on requested charges of Possession of Cocaine, Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.
Yiesson Porter, 22, Hiawatha was arrested on requested charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of psilocybin w intent to distribute, possession of marijuana w intent to distribute, possession of illegal drugs wo a tax stamp, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
