OSAGE COUNTY –Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on drug allegations.
Just before 11a.m. July 9, Sheriff’s Deputies were called to the area of northwest Maple and northwest Roberts Streets in Melvern for a domestic disturbance, according to Sheriff Chris Wells.
During a subsequent follow-up on the incident, a male subject was contacted in the 200 block of northwest Main Street and Illegal narcotics were in his possession.
Dustin R. Davis, 33, of Emporia was taken into custody and transported to the Osage County Jail on requested charges of Distribution of methamphetamine, Possession of drug paraphernalia and Arrest warrant.
