The Kansas City Missouri Police Department is attempting to identify a suspect who used an elderly victim’s stolen debit card just after 1p.m. on February 17 at Express Stop, 8501 Winner Road in Kansas City, according to KCPD Officer Alayna Gonzalez.
An unknown suspect pushed the elderly victim to the ground and stole her purse while she was putting flowers on her husband’s headstone in Independence. Minutes later the suspect used the victim’s stolen debit card.
