Reno County showed off the renovations to the Courthouse with public tours on Wednesday, Aug. 28.
Staff members hosted four tours throughout the day. The tours highlighted the Veterans Room, administration, jury rooms, and the Reno County District Attorney offices.
All five floors of the Courthouse had renovations done to some degree. The fifth floor, which is home to the District Attorney's office, had the most work done. The entire District Attorney's staff is now located on the fifth floor, while in the past, the staff had been located on multiple floors.
The Reno County Courthouse opened in 1931 at its current location, 206 W. 1st Ave.
