The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2008 Chevy Colorado driven by Elizabeth K. Taylor, 21, Wichita, was westbound, traveling the wrong-way, on the ramp from Southbound Interstate 135 to Eastbound Kansas 96 in the left lane.  The pickup and a 2005 Kia Spectra driven by Lori J.
