WABAUNSEE COUNTY —A Kansas man died in an accident just after 9a.m. Saturday in Wabaunsee County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2019 Honda UTV driven by Brian D. Palenske, 50, Basehor, was traveling on private property in a field one mile Southwest of 28502 Loire Creek Road.
The driver lost control and rolled the UTV. The passenger identified as Ray G. Palenske, 74, Lenexa, was ejected and died of his injuries at the scene. Brian Palenske was not injured. The KHP released no additional details.
