Police: Kansas man allegedly exposed himself to shoppers

SEDGWICK COUNTY—Law enforcement are investigating three alleged incidents of a man exposing himself to shoppers at stores in Wichita.

Just after noon on June 16, police responded to the Dollar Tree, 2120 North Amidon in Wichita after a 35-year-old woman reported a man exposed himself to her inside the store, according to a media release from Wichita Police. The suspect left before officers arrived.

On June 25, police respnded to the Dollar Tree 11333 East Kellogg Drive in Wichita after a child told her mother a man exposed himself to her inside the store. The suspect was gone before officers arrived.

Just after 12:30p.m. on July 17, police responded to the Dollar Tree, 2783 North Greenwich Road in Wichita after a 35-year-old woman reported to store management that a man had exposed himself to her in the store. The suspect drove away before officers arrived. However, police were able to obtain video of the suspect. 

Police connected the three cases during the investigation which led to an arrest of 29-year-old Tonye Ikeba.   He is being held on 3 charges of lewd and lascivious behavior including one felony count for the incident involving a child.
