TOPEKA, Kan. – On August 6, 2020, officers from the Topeka Police Department served a narcotics search warrant in the 500 BLK SE Gray, related to an ongoing investigation, according to Lt. Jerry Monasmith.
As a result of the investigation 22-year-old, Marlene Rangel-Cazares of Topeka was arrested and transported to the Shawnee County Department of Corrections on requested charges of Possession of Marijuana with the intent for distribution and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
