WASHINGTON (AP) —President Trump disagrees with bail for the suspect arrested near the U.S.-run air base in the United KIngdom.

Trump said he was “surprised” that the five young British men arrested Sunday on explosives and terror charges near the base in England were allowed to be released.

<a href="https://apnews.com/article/uk-raf-fairford-us-air-force-explainer-739a99fedaac750343cb01f92a40bc3b">A U.K.-owned base</a>, RAF Fairford has been used by American bombers during decades of conflicts in the Middle East, including this year’s war with Iran.

The men were released on bail on Monday, and counterterror detectives said they were investigating “multiple lines of inquiry,” including whether there was a link to Iran.
